World of Vending came to us with a new vending experience, combining the very best in Japanese vending culture with British retail expertise and appointed Brands2Market to create a new brand and website for the launch of a non-food vending brand in the UK.

As ex M&S directors, our client knows the retail sector inside-out and identified in the first instance Hospitals, Transport Hubs, along with Hotel & Leisure environments as the high footfall areas that will be key to ensuring their brand would successfully break new ground, bringing to the UK retail space state of the art software with automated vending technology.

Our deeper dive into the sector identified 5 pillars of the machine interface to transform the vending experience for customer, host and trade – Innovation, Intelligence, Interaction, Integration and for the host Income Generation.

As such, we established a new retail philosophy, creating a brand that from top to bottom will engage the retail environment like no other and an identity that will see vending trending 24/7 and launch the brand as the pre-eminent non-food vending solution.
