A Watford based estate agent who had previously gained their reputation in lettings only and were now aiming to launch their sales operation but to take advantage of the halo effect from their previously good reputation there. Yet they also needed to differentiate themselves amongst the plethora of estate agents in this large commuter town. A campaign across print, outdoor and online media consistently used 3d characters to provide an engaging and appealing personality and inject a little more warmth than estate agents are typically known for!
